At this time we are only allowed to accept credit card transactions on site per our agreement with the CoE. This will pertain to all vendors on site. No cash or check transactions will be allowed. Sorry for any problems this may cause. If you have any questions please email us at info@lammasfest.com.
Event location: West Overlook, Coralville Dam Area, Cottonwood Campsite, near Iowa City, Iowa.
Vendor Set-up: Anytime after 11 a.m. on Friday, August 2, 2018.
Vendor Tear-down: Completed by 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2019.
Vendor Fees: $50.00 for a 10 X 10 booth space, plus a donation item ($20 value) to the raffle to benefit the Raptor Advocacy, Rehabilitation, and Education (RARE) group. The vendor fee covers the primary business owner and one assistant.

NOTICE: Vendors and organizations are responsible for all sales taxes, licensing, reporting, quality or security of merchandise or service, liabilities issues, etc as independent contractors. Completion and submission of the Vendor Registration Form denotes acknowledgement of these requirements and absolves the Iowa LammasFest Committee, organizers, advisors, sponsors and presenters of responsibility/liability.

The sales of fireworks, weapons, alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited at this event.

Liability
The LammasFest Committee will make every reasonable effort to protect the Vendor area and its contents. The LammasFest Committee is responsible for staffing the site at all times, however, event organizers cannot collect money nor be responsible for moneybags/boxes or materials in the Vendors area. It is understood that the Lammasfest Committee and the U.S. Corp of Engineers shall not be held liable by a vendor for any damage, injury or loss to any person(s) or property. The LammasFest Committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor it deems inappropriate or objectionable and ask any individual to leave the premises if they cause any purposeful disruption to the event.
I understand as the vendor, Iowa LammasFest makes no claim or promise regarding the sales or customer base of said event. I understand once I have paid my vendors fee and have donated an item ($20 value) to be raffled for the benefit of the Raptor Advocacy, Rehabilitation, and Education (RARE) group, at the designated site of Iowa LammasFest 2019, I have secured the right and privilege to sell my merchandise during the said dates of Friday, August 2, 2019, through Sunday, August 4, 2019. I understand after the fee has been paid by me or my business, I have paid all fees required and will have no further financial obligation to the Iowa LammasFest event or its organizers. I also understand that no hard or motorized campers are permitted on the site, and all vendor booths and tables are my sole responsibility to furnish and must be of a portable nature.

By reading the terms above and clicking the ‘YES’ checkbox on the Vendor Registration Agreement, I agree to the information above and I do hereby release Iowa LammasFest, the U.S. Corps of Engineers and any and all person(s).
